1 Overview
Based on your feedback, we developed new introductory content and refined our categories to help you find what you're looking for. As always, feedback is appreciated. To discuss or rate a page, use the Wiki feedback tools.
2 New Get Started Category
The new Get Started landing page is your one-stop shop for introductory ServiceNow resources. Here, you'll find:
- Product Overview: (new) learn what ServiceNow is and how it works.
- Glossaries: view definitions for common terms.
- Introductory Books: get familiar with ServiceNow basics or download information to help your new staff members.
- More: review additional helpful resources.
3 New Main Page
The Wiki main page has a new look and is streamlined for quicker access to commonly requested information. Categories highlight the tasks that you need to complete.
4 Streamlined Navigation and Categories
The top level categories in the left navigation bar and Site Map - Tree View are updated to match the new main page. Categories group pages into documentation topics and provide several navigational tools, including breadcrumbs and category trees.
